Companies in Albacete, Hellín and Almansa: the corporate account for visitors arriving by high-speed train or via Alicante and Valencia, staff transport and business trips, with one invoice a month

The corporate account is a way of paying and invoicing, with no fee and no minimum: authorised people book by phone, email, WhatsApp or API, every trip has its price fixed in advance, the traveller neither pays nor keeps receipts, and at month end one invoice arrives with VAT itemised and one line per job with date, route, passenger and cost centre. In Albacete the visitor arrives in two ways and the account serves both: by high-speed train at Los Llanos, from Madrid or Valencia, or via the Alicante and Valencia airports, two hours away by motorway. From Los Llanos station to Almansa is 75 km and about 57 min; from Alicante airport to Albacete, 175 km.

How does a visitor reach a company in Albacete?

From Madrid and Valencia, by high-speed train to Albacete-Los Llanos station, on the edge of the city: from there to an industrial estate in the capital is minutes, but to a winery in Villarrobledo, a factory in Almansa or a plant in Hellín is three quarters of an hour or more by motorway, with no public transport that fits the train time. From the rest of Spain and abroad, by air to Alicante or Valencia, whose airports are about two hours from the capital along the A-31 or the A-35 and A-3, and closer to Almansa and Hellín. In both cases the job is booked with the train or flight number and the factory as destination, the app follows delays and the driver waits at the door with the visitor's name.

The figures are the engine's, the same as for an individual: Albacete to Almansa, 75 km from 104,49 €; Albacete to Hellín, 64 km and about 52 min; Albacete to Alicante airport, 175 km from 226,00 €; Albacete to Valencia airport, 163 km and about 123 min. No surge or time-of-day surcharge: the price agreed at booking is the one on the invoice.

What do Albacete companies ask for besides receiving visitors?

Staff and campaigns. The industrial estates of Albacete, Hellín, Almansa and Villarrobledo change shifts at hours with no bus, and the countryside has its weeks: the grape harvest in Villarrobledo and the Mancha del Júcar, saffron on the Llanos in autumn, garlic and onion in summer, with crews that must be taken on time to places with no transport. It is booked as a single service with several stops — the company gives the clock-in time and the addresses and the platform works out the run with staggered pickups and one price for the whole thing — and during a campaign it is left fixed for as many weeks as it lasts, at the same time every day, and cancelled at no cost at the end. And business trips: the manager to the high-speed station with a margin for the train, or to Alicante or Valencia to fly, with the return booked to the flight.

And the fair. From 7 to 17 September companies in the capital receive clients and suppliers in a city with the fairground closed to traffic and the hotels full: transfers from the high-speed station or the airports are booked in advance, the pickup point in the city is whatever the town hall's traffic plan allows and the price does not rise because it is fair week. For a company lunch or a group visit on those days several cars are coordinated to the same time with a single invoice.

How is the account opened, and who may book?

From the companies page with the tax details and the authorised people; there is no lock-in and no fee. The usual setup is to authorise two or three people — reception, management, assistants — and have the rest go through them, although it can be opened to the whole team with a cap per job. Each booking is confirmed in writing with the route, time, passenger and price, and is tied to the cost centre named by whoever books. Repeating visits and shift runs are left fixed with the same driver, who already knows the address and which gate to use; if the company would rather have its own system do it, there is an API.

What does the invoice include, and what if the train or flight is late?

One grouped invoice a month, with VAT itemised at the reduced passenger-transport rate and one line per job with date, route, passenger, cost centre and amount, reconciling with the written confirmations of each booking. Each trip is performed by a partner under their valid VTC authorisation or taxi licence, with a trip sheet issued before it starts, in case compliance asks. If the visitor's train or flight is late, the job carries the number and the app follows it: the pickup moves by itself and the published courtesy wait runs from the actual arrival. If a meeting runs long, the driver is told by message and a wait or a new time is agreed, recorded in the job and on the invoice at its price. There is no fee, minimum or lock-in; with high volume a rate can be discussed.

What other companies in the province use the account?

Hotels in Albacete, to take guests to the high-speed station with the charge on the room and for the fair; the wineries of Villarrobledo and La Manchuela that receive wine-tourism groups from the station or from Valencia; clinics and insurers, for unaccompanied transfers to appointments with the invoice to the insurer; schools and camps, for outings with several cars to Alcalá del Júcar or the source of the river Mundo; and wedding and event organisers at the Llanos estates. Each has its own page with what changes in its case; the account is the same for all.
